Morden, John H., age 79, of Flat Rock. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy “Boots”. Loving father of Carol (Nathan) Tilley. Dearest grandfather of Shannon (Mark), Gay (Jim), Aaron (Denise) and Adam (Corina). Dear brother of Bob (Betty), brother-in-law of Alice and Phyliss, and uncle of Carroll Gagnier and family, Nancy Gagnier and family, Janet Keele, and family, Tom (Debbie) Morden and family, Jim (Joyce) Morden and family, Gary (Liz) Morden and family, Sherry (Joe) David and family, Cheryl (Richard) Baldwin, Sandy Morden, William (Joette) Morden and family, Mary Alice (Andy) Carol and family, Bob Morden, David (Lori) Morden and family, Karen Heard and Damon Heard. He is also survived by special friends and caregivers Chris and Denise and their family and many great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Mary Morden, his sister Margaret and his brothers Keith and Bill. Mr. Morden proudly served his country from 1956 until 1958.He loved restoring cars and belonged to multiple car clubs including “Somewhere in Time” and “VCCA”. Mr. Morden was also an avid gardener and member of South Rockwood United Methodist Church.
