Obituary

MERTZ, Martin, age 70, of Taylor, October 10, 2022. Beloved husband of Deborah Mertz. Loving father of Kim (Aaron) Williamson, Kristy (Chris) Newman and Rebekah (Daniel) Nash. Dearest grandfather of Alyssa, Preston and Cole. He is also survived by his brother Michael (Barbie) Mertz, sister Taryn Rivers and sister-in-law Jill Mertz, nieces and nephews Gary, Ryan, Melissa, Laura, Robert, Rodney and great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mom Natalie Mertz, grandmother Clara Mertz, grandmother Frances Rose, brother Brian Mertz, sister Leslie Mertz and great nephew and godson Robert Fisher III, niece Kelli Coleman and his nephew Alan Mertz. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
