MENARD, Richard N., age 54, of Taylor, March 2, 2014. Beloved father of Jacob Menard and Hailey (Caige) Kelly. Loving son of Mamie and the late William F. Menard. Dearest brother of Sue Sizemore and his lifetime friend Tim Sizemore. He is preceded in death by his sister Jeanne Gizicki.
