Mullins, Sallie, age 90, of Lincoln Park, September 21, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Milford Mullins. Loving mother of Ruby (the late Richard) Jones, Milford Dale Mullins, and Royce Mullins. Dearest grandmother to 15, great-grandmother to 20, and great-great-grandmother to 3. She is survived by her sister Mrytle Herbert. She is preceded in death by her daughters Darla Mullins, Susan Piche, son Joey Edward Mullins, and many loving brothers and sisters. Sallie enjoyed gardening, planting flowers, and vegetables. She loved to do crossword puzzles, word finds, singing, and her family.
