Stephen Michael Marcuz, born on March 4, 1965, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, passed away on June 5, 2026, at the age of 61 in Woodhaven, Michigan.
Stephen was a man who cherished the simple pleasures of life. He found joy in nature, spending countless hours hunting and fishing. His love for the outdoors was matched only by his affection for his family and the time he spent on the farm.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Raymond and Dina Marcuz. Stephen is survived by his devoted partner of 27 years, Janice Smerigan. He leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: his children, Jennifer Marcuz, Julianna (Alan) Turner, Jessica (William) Kennedy, Timothy Marcuz, and Courtney (Joey) Williams, along with Nicholas Smerigan.
Stephen was a proud grandfather to Emma, Hailey, Makalyah, McKenna, Makenzie, Gage, Knox, Link, Hayden, Carter, and Jameson. His grandchildren brought immense joy to his life.
Stephen will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his love for his family, and his appreciation for the beauty of nature. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
