Obituary

MODOS, Vicki A., age 77, of Riverview, December 19, 2021. Loving mother of George (Carol) Modos, Mark Modos, Michael Modos and Christopher Modos. Dearest grandmother of Benjamin Modos and Christopher Modos Jr. She is also survived by her sister Donna (Bill) Noade, nieces Theresa, Jenny, Suzan, Cindi and Allison and nephews Jamie, Chuck, Nick and Victor cousins Jim Evenhuis and Sandy (Bill) Mitchell, brother-in-law Bill Byberg, dear friends Barb Kostin, Donna Russ, Robin Stucki, Kim Kelly-Kline and her Riverview community of friends and family. She was preceded in death by her former husband and father of her four children George Modos, Sr. her parents Mildred and Donald Fairfull, her sisters Geri and Peggy and her brother Archie Sonny, Judy Lyles. Her cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear mom! She was so kind, with a great smile that is timeless in my memory and dates all the way back to when we were neighbors in Colonial Village (twice!). I’ll also always remember chatting with Vicki, at my grandma’s funeral, about raising sons now that I have two boys of my own. My heart goes out to coach Mark and the Modos family.
