NOEL-DRIGGS, Deborah M., age 70, of Woodhaven, January 15, 2021. Beloved wife of Richard Driggs. Loving sister of Michael (Theresa) Noel, John Noel, Pamela (Richard) Vargo, Kathy (Alfred) Spiteri and Sally Noel. A great aunt to her many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Ivan and Gloria Noel. Her cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
