NOISEAU, Dorothy V. age 90, of Belleville, May 18, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Minor Noiseau. Loving aunt of John Baker, Diane Cartwright and Jennifer Choate. She is also survived by many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Rollin and Roxie Moses, her sisters Bertha, Lil and Mary. Her cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
