- Helen was a Godsend for my father, Stanford Lozon. Our family grew to love her and we will cherish many memories of her and our father. She kept a twinkle in his eye right up until his final days. She will be missed dearly. But knowing that she is resting in our Lord and Saviors home along with her friend, our dad, brings a smile to our faces. We will all be together one day in Heaven. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Nyeste Family. You are loved. Peace Amy Castro

- My heart aches over the thought of not seeing my Helen on our Tuesday visits. I am so honored to have known such a beautiful lady who was such a hard worker her entire life and had such compassion and love and serve our lord. I love you with all my heart Helen and I pray that one day we will meet again and oh my goodness, what a beautiful reunion that will be. Rest in peace my dear heart. - Helen was a person like no other. So special to me. She prayed for my children and me more times than I can count. When I went to see her to cheer her up I was the one who left uplifted. So many people will be in heaven because of her. God's special servant will be dearly missed. Dawn M Marshall

- Thank you God for Helen, tears come to my eyes, as I miss her! I hoped for one more hug, to be in her presence. Helen cherished us children, made us smile when life was rough, and made the best grilled cheese sandwiches 🥪ever! We Loved to see her garden she tended with loving 🤗 care, joy and brought beauty 😍to the world. We felt like royalty when we sat and heard Helen's story about living in New York, how she worked hard for a young family. We began to treasure our lives and opportunities in Michigan, after hearing about Helen humble beginnings. I saw how Helen's Faith was so genuine, that my faith grew in knowing her. Thank God for Helen's caring heart and that she was a second mom for my dad and many others, who were far from their moms. God bless Helen's Family and Calvary friends in Lincoln Park and abroad.
