OTTER, Duane K., age 79, of Cheboygan, September 7, 2010. Beloved husband of Karen Otter. Loving father of Rodney (DeeAnn) Otter, Linda Marie Vasser, Richard Otter, John Otter, Aleta Yeager, Linda (the late Ronald) Dick and Sharon (Roger) Yeager. Dear grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of many. He is also survived by his brother Loren (Elaine) Otter, his sister Arla (Orin) Stader, many nieces, nephews, friends and family. He was preceded in death by his daughter Janine Ritthaler, his parents John and Alice Otter, and his brothers Don (Betty) and Byron Otter.
