PARTIN, Billy E., age 81, of Romulus, August 16, 2024. Beloved husband of Charlotte Partin. Loving father of Michelle (Jamie) Sypula, Jeff Partin, and Mary (Adam) Kraft. Dearest grandfather of Adrianna, Charlotte, Mackenzie, Jillian, Amanda, Michael, Kristen, and great-grandfather of 5. He is survived by his siblings Jim Partin, Katherine Ridenour, and many family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Blanche Partin, and siblings Clyde Partin, Clarence Partin, Bobby Partin, Charlene Cromwell, and Baby Clare. He was a proud member of the Masons. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice.
