Obituary

PACE, David, age 52, of Brownstown, December 16, 2016. Beloved husband of Lori Pace. Loving father of Nathan Pace, Meagan Pace and the late Courtney Pace. Dearest son of Joseph and Mary Pace. Dear brother of Daniel (Sharon) Pace, Linda (Andre) Bernaiche, Joseph Pace and Cheryl (Al) Shelton. Dave was an active member of Woodland Church from it's founding in 1984. He served on the board on two separate occasions and was the acting leader of the FORCE Men's ministry. He had also served as a youth leader for many years. He was passionate about sports and coached in Brownstown Little League, Huron River Yellow Jackets football, AAU basketball, and most recently Devils Fastpitch softball where he also served the past several years as Vice President of the organization. Dave loved life and he packed a lot of life and love into his 52 short years! His prayer was that if his life touched yours, you would desire to seek and find the God he loved, and be compelled to serve God as Dave did!!

  • We will miss you very much dear friend. Thank you for the laughs and for sharing in our warped sense of humor. To Dan, you will forever be "brother." To Joe, you will always be "Mr. Dave" and I am pretty sure that when we greet one another in heaven, I will kiss your hug your neck, kiss your cheek and say, "Hey, Dorkboy!" Oh the fun we had over the years but I know the joy you are experiencing now in the presence of our Savior makes every good memory pale in comparison. Lori, Nathan and Meagan ~ We love you all very much and as always, we are just around the corner or a phone call away. You are in our hearts and our prayers. Dan, Robin & Joe Swiecki
