Dear grandfather of Kevin, Kate Scott and Sarah and great grandfather of Jaxson, Nolan, Logan and Leo. He is also survived by his sister Joanne Alfred and sister-in-law Kathy Kotarski. He is preceded in death by his daughter Debbie Locher, brothers James Powell, Wendell Powell, David, Powell, Jerry Powell, D.W. Powell and Leslie Powell, his sisters Catherine Bonham and Drucilla Jackson.
