Obituary

Pinter, Kathy H., age 63 of New Boston passed away on February 13, 2023 at her home surrounded by friends and family. Kathy is the youngest of seven children. Born in Wyandotte, Michigan at Wyandotte General Hospital. She grew up in New Boston Michigan and graduated from Huron High School in 1977. Kathy loved organizing group events. camping, canoeing, white water rafting. The more people the merrier. All friends and family were always welcome. Kathy has always had a lot of friends, long term friendships that have lasted since school days. As life progressed any new people that she made friends with also stayed in her life. Kathy loved being outdoors, she enjoyed gardening, and laying out in the sun. In her younger days she enjoyed socializing and drinking beer with friends. She was very generous, a very loyal person / friend till you did her wrong then she was a fantastic grudge holder. She was Very generous and willing to help anyone in need, if she was able to help, she did. She had a career in home improvement in which her job was to manage installers and contractors who were all men. She didn’t take any crap and they respected her for that. She was a doting aunt to many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. She is survived by her siblings Ruth (Charles) Millisor, John (Ruthie) Pinter, George (Cheryl) Pinter, Milan (Terri) Pinter, in-law Louise Pinter, and Linda (John) Pastor. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Helen Pinter, brother Ron Pinter, and nephew Paul Pinter. Her cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
