Obituary

PRIDNIA, Leo Alvin, age 77, of Allen Park, October 09, 2020. Beloved husband of Kathleen Pridnia. Loving father of Debra (Thomas), Joseph (Debbie), Rayleen (Earl) and Antoinette (Gary). Dear step-father to Michael (Mariah) and Joseph (Tonia). Dearest grandfather of Owen, Luke, Nick, and Olivia. “Al” is also survived by his loved Aunt Dorothy. He is preceded in death by his mother Lea Mouat, father, Richard Pridnia and Uncle Al. Al, always looking sharp, was known for his gift to gab and an easy laugh. After many years of working hard for his family and being true to his integrity, he enjoyed Rayleen and Earl’s home in Florida every chance he got; casinos when he was feeling lucky, fishing the Detroit River and lots and lots of bowling. Family and his faith were in his thoughts every moment of his life. Al will be greatly missed and always loved. His cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.

  • I am praying for Al's family and his children. I have so many great memories of Al. He was there when all of my children were born, and to this day they refer to him as Papa Al. Great memories of him and I fishing, and going to the casino. Though it has been years, I will always be grateful that he was a part of my life, and me and my children will always have great memories. Sherry Razo
