PROFFITT, Lillian F., age 78, of New Boston, October 5, 2012. Beloved wife of John Proffitt. Loving mother of Terry (Hope) Proffitt and Keith (Paula) Proffitt. Dearest grandmother of Jessica (Ben) Ledbetter, Daniel Proffitt, Nicholas Proffitt, Matthew Proffitt and Jenna Proffitt and great-grandmother of Cody, Conner, Colton and Lillian Ledbetter. She is also survived by her sister Mary Lou Burkey, Thelma Ann Anthony, her brother Thomas (Wilda) Craig and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son Warren and her brothers Bill and Bud. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Disabled American Veterans.
