POWELL, Richard J., age 47, of Largo FL., November 23, 2009. Beloved husband of Diane Powell. Loving father of Jeffrey and Nicole Powell. Loving son of Irma (Jac) Seitz. He is also survived by his Brother Paul (Mary) Powell and his sister Kelly Graheck He was preceded in death by his father Richard Powell. Memorial service to be scheduled at a later date.
