PAYNE, Sandra L., age 75, of River Rouge, March 04, 2023. Beloved wife of Burlon Burron Payne. Loving mother of Tammy Flecha and Sheila Miller. Dearest grandmother of Stevi (Brandon), Cia (Alan), Joshua, Marissa (Jason) and Jordan (Ian Hudgens). She was preceded in death by her parents Norman and Rose Sumner and her brothers Richard and David Sumner. Her cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
