- Billy, I am so so sorry we drifted apart over the years. You were one of the kindest, funniest, brightest individuals I knew. Teen years were hard enough, and you were one of the people that made that bearable for me. I was always counting down to the next time I would get to hang out with my theatre friends. The way you came out to me is still one of my favorite stories, and I wish I had told you my truth as well but I was still too afraid. I admired you so much for your honesty. I miss you. To Billy's family and friends, I know condolences will never be enough, but I hope it brings you comfort to know that Billy was the kind of person who leaves a lasting mark on the lives he touches. Despite not having spoke to him for years, he was never forgotten. When reminiscing with friends, when telling stories about our childhood, he was always an integral part of that. You raised one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met, and I thank you for that. Emily

- You were such a "force" in my life, for what felt like a lifetime, now doesn't seem that long at all. You took me to my first drag show. We spent holidays and birthdays together.
