Obituary

ROSE, Allen, age 94, of Taylor, June 19, 2018. Beloved husband of Wanda Fay Rose. Loving father of Ronald (Christine) Rose and Theresa (Jerry) Wright. Dearest grandfather of Paul, Marc, Michael, Hannah and Hayley and great grandfather of Christopher, Mac and Cam. He is also survived by his brother Ersel Rose and many loving nieces and nephews. Allen served on a U.S. Naval Mine Sweeper in World War II, he is a proud veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents Oshie and Sherman Rose, grandson Eric Rose, Zelma Young, Joe Rose, Pat Berry, Nancy Deel and Jamax Rose.

Dear Wanda, Ron, and Rose Family…words fail to express how deeply saddened we are at the passing of this wonderful man. He was easily one of the nicest and friendliest people we’ve ever known, and we always looked forward to seeing him in church. He will be missed without a doubt, but we take comfort in knowing that someday we will meet again in the presence of his King and ours, the Lord Jesus Christ.
