Dearest grandfather of Josh (Gabby) Degg, Gary Smith, Jr., Samantha Pelkey and great-grandfather of Landon Degg. He is preceded in death by his daughter Yvonne Degg-Pelkey and his parents Benjemin and Myrtle Riggins.
