Joseph is survived by his wife Pamela Kosek-Roberts, his sons Joseph, Jr. (Lynn), James (Elsa) , Michael Roberts, from a prior marriage and 2 grandsons. He served as a police officer in the city of Melvindale for many years. A Memorial Service is planned for April 26, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Great Lakes National Cemetery, at 4200 Belford Road, Holly, MI 48442.
