Beloved husband of the late Helen. Loving father of Samuel Ratliff, Joanna Fenech and Steven Ratliff. Dearest grandfather of Michelle, Katrina, Curtis and Scott and great grandfather of Chelsey, Jacob, Brooke and Brandon. Dear brother of Erma Skeens.
