Obituary

Lily Radtke, born on July 1, 1933, in Napier, Tennessee, passed away on January 7, 2025, in Riverview, Michigan, at the age of 91.

Lily was a devoted wife, cherished family member, and dear friend to many. She spent 47 wonderful years married to her beloved husband, Marlin Radtke. Together, they shared a love for fishing, spending countless days and nights casting lines in the waters of Florida and during their travels. Lily also found joy in bowling, skiing, and playing cards, activities that brought laughter and camaraderie into her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Vera Hardin, Sr., her sisters Naomi Rector, Evelyn Barnes, and Rachel Darnes, and her brothers Carl Hardin, Jr., and Edward Hardin.
Lily leaves behind a loving family who will miss her dearly. She is survived by her nieces Patricia (John) Bulloch, Cathy (David) Cacioppo, Brenda (Paul) Rummell, Karen (Lyle) Biddinger, and Gwen (James Leguelt) McMillian; her nephews Brian (Jill) Hardin and Jaymey (Lindsey) Hardin; and Julie Hardin. Additionally, she is remembered fondly by Roxann (Keith) Chesley, Diane (James) Poet, Marlene (Stephen) Moore, as well as many other family members and friends who were touched by her warmth and kindness.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to a cause of your choice in Lily's memory.

Lily's spirit and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Condolences
