RICHARDSON, Nancy J., age 85, of Belleville, September 6, 2024, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Up until the end Nancy maintained her love of family and friends, and expressed gratitude for her long life full of wonderful memories. Her granddaughters brought her much love and were the highlight of her life. She was also quite the social butterfly with many friends and family who she enjoyed “Club” and many other social outings and time with. Beloved mother of Mark (PJ) Richardson, Loving grandmother of Paige (Victor) Coscarelli, Samantha, and Ellie. Dearest sister of Lila Walker and sister-in-law, Marilynn Walker. She is preceded in death by her parents Lucian and Jayne Walker, twin sister Barbara (Donnie) Crain, and brothers David Walker and Kenneth Walker.

Condolences

  • Mrs. Richardson was such a sweetheart. We got to know her through Paige and Lindsey being friends. Sending Mark, Paige, and the entire family our love. Sindi Fendt
  • I worked with Nancy for many years at the funeral home. To know her was to love her and I loved Nancy the moment I met her. She was more than a coworker, she was family. Nancy was kind, caring and funny. We had so many good laughs and talks in the evenings working together. Some of my favorite memories are our work potlucks, picking names for our Secret Santa at Xmas time (IYKYK😂) and meeting up for lunch just to catch up. I always loved hearing about her granddaughters and what they were up to, she was so proud of all of them. Nancy was always so thoughtful with my children too. She would send my girls cute little cards for the holidays and they loved them! I will cherish all of our memories and will miss you dearly. Rest in peace Nancy, I love you❤️ Laura Andries
  • I just found out about Nancy's passing. I knew her from when she worked in the Huron school district. What a positive lady. My thoughts and prayers are with Mark and Paige. I was Paige's 2nd grade teacher. I will miss Nancy's smile. Sharleen Wisler
