Obituary

In loving memory of Paul H. Rainville, born in New Bedford, MA on December 19, 1942. He was of French-Canadian descent. Paul was a resident of Grosse Ile and passed away at the age of 76 on November 17, 2019. Beloved husband of Linda Rainville. Loving father of Nicole, Pierre and Joclyn. Dearest grandfather of Chloe, Paul, Willow, Dashiel and many dogs and cats. He is also survived by his brother Pierre Rainville. He was a proud Airforce Veteran who eventually retired as a Teamster in the car hauling industry. An avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, golfing and storytelling by the fire. Paul was a truly genuine and empathetic soul who loved all without fear or judgement. He will forever be missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Urgele and Rita Rainville and his sister Nanette Rainville. His cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
