Obituary
Rushia Beatrice Remmenga, born on February 12, 1931, in New Loyston, Tennessee, passed away on August 15, 2025, in Trenton, Michigan, at the age of 94.
Rushia lived a full and vibrant life, enriched by her love for reading, sewing, knitting, and embroidering. These passions were not only hobbies but also ways in which she expressed her creativity and shared her warmth with those around her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Remmenga Sr., her dear son, Robert Remmenga Jr., and her dear daughter Sharon Betterly and her 11 cherished brothers and sisters. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.
Rushia is survived by her devoted daughters, Juanita (Walter) Barron and Lisa (Wayne) Dailing, who carry forward her legacy of love and kindness. Her memory will also be cherished by her grandchildren: Matthew, Jarrod, Jeffery, Crystal, Sherry, and Shannon, along with many loving great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Her family and friends will forever remember her gentle spirit and the joy she brought into their lives.
Rushia's presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her.
