RATLIFF, Samuel M., age 67, of Taylor, May 13, 2015. Loving father of Katrina Price, Curt (Elizabeth) Ratliff and Scott (Dawn) Ratliff. Dear grandfather of Chelsey, Jake, Brooke, Brandon, and step-granddaughter Tabatha. Dearest brother of Joanna Fenech and Steven Ratliff. He is also survived by his niece Michelle Fenech and his hero uncle John Perdue. He was preceded in death by his parents Lee and Helen Ratliff.
