ROWE, William M., age 69, of Taylor, March 07, 2024. Loving brother of Ronald Rowe Sr., John Christopher Rowe, Alan Thomas Rowe, and John Alexander Kusch. Dearest uncle of Ronald Lewis Rowe II and Kevin William Rowe. William was very involved with the STEPS program working with them for 40+ years. He loved scary movies, telling stories and going on trips. He will be loved and missed by everyone that knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents Lewis and Bessie Rowe and his brother Timothy Wayne Rowe.
