Simms, Alva B., age 83, of Winchester, Tennessee, formerly of Plymouth, July 19, 2022. Beloved wife to the late James Simms. Loving mother of James (Rhonda) Simms, Christina (Robert) Mayer, and Darlyn (James) Daratony. Dearest grandmother to Jaime Lynn (Nathan) Genova, Shannon (Brad) Sudz, Thomas (Mona) Simms, Bobby (Carrie) Mayer, Kristin (Doug) Janik, Joe (Sherry) Mayer, Jay (Laura) Daratony, Jenny (Mat) Smith, Katie (Chris) Trinkle, Shantal (Justin) Hubbard, and Cierra Daratony. She is survived by her sister Lula Mae Lipperman. She is preceded in death by her parents Napoleon and Josephine Callaway. Alva was part owner and president of prescribed oxygen. She was an Eastern Star, active in coaching cheerleading, helping with the little league association, and a room mother. Memorial Contributions may be made to Arbor Hospice.
