Obituary

SCHIEDA, Angeline “Angel” M., age 57, of Newport, September 28, 2019. Beloved wife of Michael Schieda. Loving mother of James (Holly) Steele, Jeffery (Jodi) Steele, Jason Steele and Matthew Schieda. Dearest grandmother of Michael, Katelyn, Kimberly, Isabella, Illiana, James, Ellie, Cole, and Patrick. She is also survived by her siblings Denise (Charles) Bodine, Stephen (Wanetta) Blair, Feletia (Gary) Dupuie, Christine (Timothy) Haut, Sheila (Dale “Rusty” Russell) Blair, Lisa (Robert) Scow and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son Joshua Steele, her parents James and AnnaMarie Blair, and nephew Jesse Goodband. Her cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.

My deepest sympathy for all the family of my dear Pink sister and true loving friend! Our Relay team, Lassies for Life will truly miss her inspiring beautiful smile and beautiful lady she was to all! She was a true beautiful blessing to be in my life and touched by a true Angel she was and always will be. God made a special creation, when he made Angel! Our beloved “Grandma Angel” was one of the strongest, loving and sincere women God has blessed my life in knowing. I am so thankful for her smiles, hugs and generosity. Her grandson Patrick said, “It’s ok grandma. Grandma Angel is now with Jesus and just waiting on us.” My prayers are that the Lord surround her family with his presence and grant them peace.
