SHIVELY, Bernard G., age 77, of Carleton, January 10, 2021. Beloved husband of Carolyn Shively. Loving father of Mark Shively, Michael (Tammy) Shively, Matthew Shively and step-daughter Teresa (Gregory) Goad. Dearest grandfather of Gabriel Goad. He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Alma Shively and brother Gerald Shively.
