SMITH, Bert., age 62, of Wayne, May 27, 2023. Loving father of Krista (Will) Hollen. Dearest grandfather to Olivia Sanchez and Evie Hollen. Beloved Uncle to Brooke Douglas, Ryan Samonek, Ashley (Matt) Behringer, and Courtney Samonek. He is survived by his siblings Shawn (Craig) Samonek and Sue (Ed) Wright, and his mother Ruthann Hopson. He is also survived by his furbaby Padfoot. He is preceded in death by his step-father Ron Hopson. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made out to the family.
His cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
