STAMPER, Betty L., age 94, of Carleton, Born November 12, 1916 and passed on August 8, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Charles. Loving mother of Marjorie Ruth (Robert) Chalfin, Barbara (James) Harvey, Jacqueline (Al) Johnson, Charles (Nancy) Stamper and Carolyn Stamper-Schultz. Dearest grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 9. She is also survived by her sister Marjorie Hardarth. She is preceded in death by her children Suzanne Layer, Mary Jean Godfroy, Steven Lewis Stamper, 1 great-grandchild, her parents John and Idele Reitan and her brother Jack Reitan.
