Scoggins, Billy W., age 77, of Carleton, September 25, 2022. Beloved husband to Carolyn Scoggins. He was loved by many nieces and nephews. He is survived by his brother Leon Scoggins. He is preceded in death by his parents Williams and Elizabeth Scoggins, grandmother Icy Elizabeth, brother Maybern, and sister Lucille Billy had many awards and talents with the army. His cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
