SHARKEY, Carol L., age 54, of Lincoln Park, January 21, 2014. Beloved wife of Wallace Sharkey. Loving mother of Michelle, Kari and Heather. Dearest grandmother of Alexis, Ethan, Breelyn and Jake. She is also survived by her sister Patricia, her brothers John, Mike and Scott, her nieces Samantha, Jenny, Bobbie and Denise, her nephews Ricky, Scotty, Tyler, Jeremy, Jason, Anthony, Andy, David, Dean and her dog Buddie. She was preceded in death by her first husband Jeffery White and her parents Raymond and Elizabeth Bankey. Carol was a lunch lady at Keppen School, she loved working with all the children and she especially enjoyed the marching band with her daughters Kari and Heather. She was also a very active grandma. If Carol was covered in mud she was happy. She loved catching bull frogs, going to the casino and bowling with her family. Carol was also very generous. Entombment in Michigan Memorial Park.
