Obituary
Charmion Marie Summitt, born on January 2, 1964, in Belleville, Michigan, passed away peacefully in her hometown on July 23, 2026, at the age of 62.
Charmion was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend who cherished her family above all else. Her love and dedication to those around her was evident in every aspect of her life. She will be remembered for her unwavering support and kindness.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Glenwood and Ethel Dutton, her sisters Beverly Webb and Nancy Harvey, and three brothers.
Charmion leaves behind her loving husband, Greg Summitt, who stood by her side throughout their journey together. She is also survived by her cherished children: Jeremy (Jess) Summitt, Drew (Dani) Summitt, Lauren Summitt, and Christian Summitt. Her sister, Marilyn Sneed, also survives her, along with numerous friends who will miss her dearly.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) in Charmion's memory.
