SIMS, Elna L., age 84, of Ash Twp., March 27, 2021. Beloved wife of Bill Sims. Loving mother of Allen (Rhonda) Sims. Dearest grandmother of Ronald Sims and Lesa (Randy) Mitchell and great-grandmother of Freddy and Rosie. She is also survived by her sisters Vera and Evelyn (the late Donald). She is preceded in death by her son Mike Sims.
