Mrs. Schubert, age 81 passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Angela Hospice. She was born on March 22, 1936 in Marion County, Alabama. Daughter of Belle and Clifton Bates. Mrs. Schubert was a wife, homemaker and wonderful mother of three children. Mary J. Dennis (Thomas), of McMillan, MI, Theresa F. Colling (Joseph) of New Braunfels, TX, and Jerry L. Schubert (Donna) of Northville, MI, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and her brother Charles Bates of Cairo, MI. Proceeded in death by her mother and father Belle and Clifton Bates, her brothers Clifton Jr. Bates, James Nevel Bates, Elden Bates and her sister Barbara Jean Martin.
