Obituary

Harold James Struebing, age 65, of Allen Park, Michigan, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2026.

Harold was a loving father, son, brother, and friend who will be remembered for his outgoing personality, sense of humor, and strong spirit. He was a proud Marine who carried his service and his love for the Marine Corps close to his heart. His room was a testament to the pride he had for his service, filled with Marine Corps memorabilia and reminders of the commitment and strength that defined him.

Harold loved music, the outdoors, and spending time creating memories with his daughters. Some of their most treasured moments came from the adventures they shared outside together. He also enjoyed war movies and documentaries, always fascinated by history and the stories of those who served.

Harold was a fighter who faced many illnesses throughout his life with incredible courage and determination. Even in difficult times, he remained strong and continued to show the resilience that those who loved him admired so deeply.

Harold is survived by his daughters, Tiffany Ann Struebing and Sheila Marie Lopez and her husband Christopher Lopez; his mother, Katherine Struebing; his sisters, Patty Werling and Diane Waldecker; and his brother, Mike Struebing.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold George Struebing, and his sister, Debbie Kaiser.

Harold will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His laughter, strength, love for his family, and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
