SCHUFF, Karen E., nee Bishop, age 79, of Southgate. Our beloved wife and mother passed January 22, 2017. She is survived by her husband Henry, children David and Deborah, sister Pamela, grandson Derek, and nieces and nephews. Karen authored four poetry books, was a self-taught watercolor artist, and a garden enthusiast. Her cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to American Civil Liberties Union, Planned Parenthood or National Resources Defense Council.
