Obituary

Kenneth Leroy Sears was born December 29, 1938. He passed peacefully at Beaumont Oakwood in Dearborn, MI on December 14, 2020 at the tender age of 81. He was the 5th child in a family of 6. On August 02, 1958, he married the love of his life Betty Jean Noble. They were blessed to share all of the joys and sorrows of this world that life has to offer for almost 50 beautiful years, until the untimely passing of his angel on January 17, 2008. To this union were born 5 children: 3 sons and 2 daughters. Kenneth was a proud member of Local 387 for 32 years and 11 months when he retired from Ford Woodhaven. Some his hobbies included hunting, camping, playing cards and spending time with his family.Kenneth is survived by his loving sister Joan Carol Hagar of Salt Lick, KY; and in life he was blessed with siblings through his marriage and also leaves behind Mary Noble of Newport, MI; Alvena (Walter) Gevedon of Carleton, MI; David (Christine) Noble of Taylor, MI; and Brenda Fielhauer of Taylor, MI.Kenneth and Betty left behind their adoring children, Kenneth Lee (Sandy) Sears of Taylor, MI; Christina Jane Gee of Brownstown, MI; Cathy Lynn Sears-Boswell of Taylor, MI; Joseph William (Lynn) Sears of Taylor, MI; and Steven Ray (Tammy) Sears of Allen Park, MI. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends; all of whom adored him.Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, the late John and Mable May (Ellis) Sears; his brothers Edward Eugene, William Marvin, Jackie Thomas; his sister Christine Louise; siblings in marriage Joseph Noble, Richard and Beverly Noble, and John Fielhauer; son-in-law, Denis J. Boswell Jr.; and great grandson Colton James Boswell.He will forever be remembered by his friends and family as a kind and compassionate man who loved his family more than anything and was always there when need be and someone who would always step up and do what was right when no one else would. He will truly be missed
