- I am so, so sorry to hear of Kim's passing. She was a truly terrific lady. We had so much fun, shared so much laughter over the many years we'd worked together and beyond. Although we'd often not see each other for years, we always could pick up our friendship the moment we'd see each other. I so wish we'd gotten together more often! Kim was a good friend.
