Obituary

SZUBECZAK, Laurence D., age 64, of Southgate, October 02, 2018. Beloved husband of Dorthea Szubeczak. Loving father of Jennifer (Darryl) Frazier, Michelle (Ed Giel) Szubeczak and Jessica (Lawrence) Grimes. Dearest grandfather of Stephen Szubeczak, Cecilia Grimes, Lucas Frazier, Isabelle Grimes, Samantha Frazier and Lawrence Grimes. He is also survived by his brother Richard (Karen) Szubeczak. He is preceded in death by his parents Alphonse and Catherine Szubeczak and his brother Alphonse “Bud” Szubeczak. Laurence was a proud graduate of Cody High School, Class of 1972. He was an animal lover, a collector of Coke memorabilia, loved his lapel pins, lover of license plates and a big hockey fan.
