Dearest grandfather of Michelle, Stephen, Alicia, Ronnie, Trisha, Shala, Eric, Steven, Kristi and Kyle and great grandfather of 13. Dear brother of Doyle, Dewayne and Betty. He was preceded in death by his son Billy Hill, his mother, Lovenia Smith and his brother, James.
