- Dear Janet, Kennie, Cathy and family, I want to extend my deepest condolences to each of you. I was blessed when I was in initial training with Linda at American's "stewardess school ". It started a 43 year friendship with fun flying trips and great memories. Linda's special humor was loved by all. It often gave her the strength to deal with the ups and downs of the treatment. Linda was a special friend to all who knew her. We love her and miss her. She is a friend gone to soon. I look forward to seeing her again Linda Jenzen
- Linda was one of the most classiest, professional, vibrant women I have ever met. We worked together in Chicago and shared many laughs. We lost touch over the years, and I so regret to hear this sad news. RIP dear Linda, your in God's hands now. Karen Gaudet Francis
- You are playing the HARP and SINGING all those beautiful songs we talked about. You have been a good friend over the years. I'm glad I could help you at times, because you helped me at times. My heart cry's for you leaving us all behind. GOD BLESS YOU LINDA.... VICKI VALENCIANO KUBAL
- As a pilot/Captain with American Airlines, I will always remember Linda Simmons for the extremely professional way she represented the company, and the way she interacted with the passengers and her fellow employees. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Rest in Peace! Phillip Hunt
- Dear Janet, Kennie, Cathy and family, To you and all those that knew Linda Sue (as I always called her), I want to send my condolence and love on the passing away of my dear friend. I met her at AA Flight Academy in March, 1973 and we became good friends right from the start. I was sad that I did not get based in Chicago with her at the start as we would have had a great time as roommates. She has been a constant friend for these past 43 years. She travelled many places with me and my husband. We have many wonderful memories. She will be missed by anyone who met her. She was such fun and kept her sense of humor, even during these past few years as her health failed. Even though I have lived overseas for all these past 35 years, we never lost touch. Linda continued to be a dear friend. I will miss her and know you will, too. Wonderful memories will bring all of us comfort as the days go by. I will certainly think of her and smile. With deepest sympathy, Nedra Hunt Roberts AA Class 73-3 Nedra Hunt Roberts
- As Linda Jenzen's sister, I have overheard many conversations the two Lindas had and know their love of Jesus and the strength of their Christian faith is something they shared deeply. Peace to Linda's family and friends. Shirley Brogan
