Obituary
Marjorie,”Marge”,(80 yrs old) passed away peacefully in the early morning of December 11, 2023 in her apartment at Dearborn Beaumont Commons. Marge was born on November 4, 1943 in Maple Heights, Ohio, near Cleveland. After graduating from Maple Heights High School she attended and graduated from Kent State University in 1966. Marge worked for the State of Michigan for 44 years as a civil servant in the Department of Social Services. Marge was a dutiful and caring member of Dearborn First United Methodist Church where she attended for many years. She was a heartfelt member of the Choir and served as a mentor to youth. Marge was a philanthropist, giving of what she had to many organizations that helped others across her community and the world. At Dearborn Beaumont, till the end, she was active at helping others in their community. Marge had a loving spirit emanating from her faith in God. Marge’s funeral will take place at Dearborn First United Methodist Church, 22124 Garrison in Dearborn on December 22nd at 11:00am. (viewing will begin at 10:00am) Donations in memory of Marge should be given to Dearborn First United Methodist Church. Peace be with you Marge!
