Michele Leigh Selke, born on September 4, 1956, in Highland Park, Michigan, passed away on November 28, 2025, in Lincoln Park, Michigan, at the age of 69.
Michele was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister who cherished her family above all else. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as working on puzzles, coloring, crocheting, and solving crossword puzzles. Her creativity and love for these activities brought warmth and beauty to those around her.
A survivor of breast cancer, Michele was a testament to strength and perseverance. She overcame many challenges with grace and determination, leaving behind a legacy of resilience and courage.
She is preceded in death by her beloved siblings, Kathleen, Gloria, and Maureen, as well as her parents, Michael and Joan Jenkins. Michele's memory will forever be cherished by her children, Eric (Tiffany) Selke, Shawn Selke, Brandon Selke, and Jason Selke. Her legacy continues through her adored grandchildren: Heaven, Zayden, Mikayla, Khloe, Brandon, Maya, Aria, and Skyler.
Michele is also survived by her dear siblings, Joanie, Danny, Diane, Michael, and Kelly. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Michele's life was a testament to her devotion to family, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
