SKELLY, Nancy L., age 71, of Belleville, December 30, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Clifford Skelly. Loving mother of Patricia Brackman and Christopher Skelly. Dearest grandmother of Tiffany and Joseph. She is also survived by her sister Carol (the late Hershell) Morgan, her nephew Peter Morgan and many more family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Peter and Minnie Connell and her sister Patricia Connell. Nancy loved animals, especially her dog Shyla.
