SIMMONS, Raymond F., age 63, of Flat Rock, April 03, 2021. Beloved wife of 38 years of Yolanda Rios. Loving father of Paula Rios, Peter Rios, Phillip Rios and Julia (Michael) Carey. Dearest grandfather of 19 and great-grandfather of 23. He is also survived by his siblings Marsha, Sean and Trina. He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Thelma Simmons and his brothers Jim and Burt. His cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
